Designed for performance and customization
The UVL load banks are custom-built and available in configurations ranging from 1500 to 3000 kW. Depending on the application, the series supports voltages from 230 to 480 volts and both 50 and 60 Hz. The modular design with vertical tunnels allows the load bank to be precisely tailored to customer-specific requirements, while keeping transportation and installation straightforward.

Robust enclosure for outdoor use
The UVL load bank is built around a solid steel frame with integrated forklift channels. As standard, the enclosure is finished with a RAL 7016 industrial powder coating, suitable for long-term outdoor use. Galvanized or stainless steel versions are available as options.
All locks and fasteners are made of stainless steel. The load elements are easily accessible for maintenance, while the control system is located behind an IP44 lockable door. Cable entry is positioned at the bottom in a spacious, enclosed cable compartment.
Efficient vertical ventilation
A distinctive feature of the UVL series is its vertical ventilation system. Cool air is drawn in at the bottom and exits the load bank through the roof. Approximately 35,000 m³/h of air is moved per tunnel, ensuring effective cooling of the load elements. The use of IEC high-efficiency fan motors increases reliability and prevents heat build-up around the unit.
Intuitive control and safety
The load bank is equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen, designed for fast and error-free operation. Optional features include WiFi control, a wired remote control or ModBus integration.
In terms of safety, the UVL series is standard equipped with an airflow sensor, overtemperature protection and an external emergency stop. All systems are individually fused. Each load bank is manufactured in accordance with CE and ISO 9001 standards and undergoes a complete FAT test.
