Resistive load bank
A resistive load bank creates a controlled electrical load to test generators and backup power systems.
Ukana offers solutions ranging from compact 10 kW wheeled units to high-capacity 6000 kW containerised load banks.
RLC load bank
An RLC load bank combines Resistive (R), Inductive (L), and Capacitive (C) loads, optionally with an adjustable power factor (CosPhi). This allows generators or power systems to be fully tested under real-world conditions. Purely inductive or purely capacitive load banks are also available upon request.
Water cooled load bank
From 300 kW to 2000 kW, compact load banks designed for energy recovery. Instead of releasing heat into the air, energy can be repurposed, for example by heating a buffer tank.
